Position: Data Analyst(Sharepoint)
Location: OAKTON ,VA
Duration: Longterm
The data analyst will be in charge of data management for the ERSN project. The analyst will coordinate data from various sources and append them to an existing SharePoint list database. They will also
be responsible for creating internal, external, and executive level reports from the database. The data analyst should have some level of telecomm knowledge in order to add value to how we manage
data. Work with internal procurement specialists to manage equipment staging, delivery and equipment receipt for program implementation schedule. At a minimum, the data analyst should have the
following qualifications:
-Basic to intermediate telecomm knowledge
-Comfortable with managing and editing large amounts of data
-2-5 years of MS SharePoint and MS Excel experience, in particular:
- Basic SharePoint functions
- SharePoint lists
- Performing vlookups in Excel
- Performing Pivot tables in Excel
- Using other intermediate Excel functions including but not limited to substitute, if-then, clean, trim, left/right/mid
- Ability to create relevant graphs and charts for executive level reporting
-Basic VBA skills (desired not required)
-Basic business acumen
