We are looking for individuals that have implemented HR systems (preferably SaaS) and can manage the entire lifecycle of a project. The PM must have prior experience managing vendors and has or is currently working for a Enterprise or Strategic Project Management Office. Familiarity with standard PMI project management methodologies is a must, PMP certification is a plus.
Qualifications
Work Experience:

 

8+ years' direct experience in project management, with demonstrated success in HCMS implementation through full project lifecycle; global experience strongly preferred

 

Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:
Proven ability to work with a cross-functional team to optimize HR business processes
Advanced MS Office skills, including Project and Visio
Familiarity with standard PMI project management methodologies
Experience with one or more of the following HRIS technologies/solutions strongly preferred: Workday, Oracle (HR & Finance), ADP Payroll
