Software Development Project Manager with strong SCRUM
2 primary development technologies, Java and .net; should know conceptually what's going on, be familiar with these technologies; 100% agile shop; Scrum Agile Methodology
PMI- Agile Certification is helpful (more important than a PMP).
Handle typical PM duties: monitoring, scheduling, communicating, influencing a project.
Project Examples:
- Website Rebranding (Marketing Product Teams, ING name change)
- Data Transmission, data processing, one system of records for security
- Retirement Managed Portfolios
- Product Promotions
SCRUM Master
Agile Scrum shop; work with newer teams, help coach them through the process;
familiarity with test automation; Certified Scrum Master;
PM or Business Systems Analyst background is okay;
credibility with developers to help coach; strong scrum problem solving skills.
