Position   : SAP Netweaver Lead
Location  : Minneapolis,MN
Duration  : Long contract

 

Must Have:
10-12 years of experience in managing people and applications design and development
10-12 years of SAP development experience in ECC 6.0 utilizing the new SAP NetWeaver ABAP technologies
3-5 years' experience with SM/ORF/GTS modules
Demonstrated experience with large Enterprise ERP implementations in the areas of technical design specification, development, implementation life cycle
Ability to effectively articulate and present complex concepts and ideas to IT development teams

 

Plusses
Experience with any other SAP modules
Experience with SAP archiving and workflow development

 

Role
Govern day to day operations of SAP technical developers for SAP Sections (SM/ORF/GTS) within Application Development.
Interface with external programs/projects to clarify requirements
Perform in-depth analysis related to complex system issues
Analyze and develop potential solutions
Implement best practices/standards as it relates to Advance Business Application Programming (ABAP) Landscape
Provide functional and ABAP expertise to development team; collaborating and reviewing, coaching, mentoring, leading troubleshooting of critical problems and performance tuning.
