Location          :             Durham, NC

Duration          :            6 months

Mode Of Interview: Telephonic followed by (Skype for non-local).

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

Experience with MS Project, Visio, and Powerpoint

Experience with SDLC and documentation for regulatory compliance

Excellent writing and communications skills

Minimum BS Degree in science or technical field

Pharma industry required, particularly understanding FDA regulations and IT Validation

PMP preferred.

 Responsibilities:

The candidates will be utilizing their Project Management, business and data analytical skills across a variety of projects, including SAP, manufacturing applications, and IT infrastructure. Multi-tasking and organizational skills are key to delivering projects on time and within budget. The candidate must exhibit the following competencies:

• Project/Practice Management, Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team and effectively applies Clients methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
• Ensures project documents are complete.
• Tracks and reports team status to stakeholders and PMO.
• Communicates and facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
• Holds regular status meetings with project team.
• Keeps project team well informed of changes within the project.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors and delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
