US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Urgent requirement QA Lead with Broker Dealer experience

Role: QA Lead

Location : PA

Duration: 6 month

 

 

Requirements:

7 to 10+ years experience as a "hands on" QA Analyst

3 to 4 years of QA Lead experience

5 to 10 years Broker Dealer business experience 

Ability to understand the financial business domain

Strong knowledge of Broker/Dealer Processes & Operations 

Account Opening

Trading

Settlement & clearance

Wealth Management

Portfolio modeling and construction

Data warehousing/Analytics

Ability to function independently with little supervision

Ability to learn new systems and their business purpose within a short period of time

Excellent communication skills; both written and oral.

Strong leadership skills required. 

Proven ability to "take the lead" and direct the QA team to accomplish the project goals is a must.

Ability to function in a quick paced environment and be responsive to client needs.

2+ years of experience leading offshore resources (assigning work, monitoring progress, checking results).

Must have a working knowledge of databases, including relationships and hierarchy, to perform queries as part of testing criteria. Analyst must also develop an understanding of the business use of all applications.

Strong understanding of the Quality Assurance Process Methodology.

Bachelors Degree related to Information Technology

Extensive experience with Quality Center

Some knowledge of Quick Test Pro would be helpful……but not required.

Some knowledge of Load Runner would be helpful…….but not required.
