Job Title	:	Datastage Developer with Ab-Initio or Ab Initio Developer with Datastage
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	4+ Years
Technical/Functional Skills	:	ETL Datastage, Oracle, UNIX
Experience Required	:	·        At least 3 years total experience (Min 2+ years in Datastage) ·        Good hands-on experience in datastage. ·        Good understanding of ETL concepts and design using Datastage. ·        Basic level of knowledge with logical and physical data modeling. ·        Able to do data mapping between source and destination ·        Database development using SQL, indexing, constraints etc., experience on SQL optimization, Oracle is preferred. ·        Ability to understand the data and usage, requirements and guide the technical team. ·        Good level of knowledge in UNIX, Shell Scripting
Roles & Responsibilities	:	·        Understand Functional/Technical Requirements. ·        Programming jobs and sequencer in datastage ·        Writing Unix shell scripts ·        Preparing Unit Test Cases and System Test case ·        Perform Unit testing and system testing ·        Performing Impact Analysis for any changes in the application. ·        Participate in onsite and offshore call ·        Analyzing and performing Impact Analysis. ·        Debugging programs
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Good Programming Knowledge, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Team player, Good communication skills, Does continual learning, Client interaction skills.
