Expert knowledge and experience developing Portlets using JSR 168 standard
•Must have written code in Websphere Portal
•Experience creating and deploying themes and skins
•Experience with Rational Application Developer
•Experience deploying and testing portals
•Ability to train and mentor others on portal/portlet development
•Strong development skills in: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Regular Expressions, XML,  Unix,  Style sheets
•Successful Client/Server Implementation experience
•Strong Experience in all levels of testing using well structured test plans and comprehensive test scripts
•Strong Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis Skills
•Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
•Highly Self-Driven and Self-Motivated
•Successful in working on collaborative teams

 

PREFERRED
·         Experience with IBM Tivoli (ITIM, ITAM)
·         Strong in use of Lotus Notes Email and databases
