Title: Clarity/Chronicles Consultant
Duration: 6+ months
Location: Trumbull, CT
Job Description:
Responsibilities involve service requests, minor development and enhancements, incident management, problem management, and project team member representing data manipulation responsibilities. Work efforts occur during both standard business hours and non-standard business hours (evenings and weekends, typically on a weekly basis). Epic Chronicles certification or similar experience is preferred. Experience with Unix, Windows platform and Office tools, especially Excel are required. Experience with SQL required. Experience with Caché, AWK and Sed considered a strong plus. Remedy ticket tracking system, Lotus Notes and secure FTP tools are also considered a plus. Good oral and written communication skills, as well as strong service and support skills are required.

• Epic Chronicles Data Import Requests
• Epic Chronicles Data Export Requests
• Epic ETAN Export/Import Requests
• Execute Epic Cache Scripts
• Develop KB SQL Extract Scripts
• Develop Unix Korn Shell Scripts/Utilities
• Develop Caché scripts for Epic Data Manipulation and Extraction
• Text Data File Manipulation through a variety of tools, such as Excel, Access, Sed, AWK, etc.
• On-call Support – team of monthly shifts, supporting 24/7
• Create Documentation on Developed Software
• Requirements Analysis & Gathering
• Detailed Design and Build
