We are looking for Websphere WPS Admin – Location – Warren, NJ – 1 Year Contract Position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Candidates must have 8-12 years experience on WPS Deployment / Infrastructure experience and hands-on Java development exp

·         Expert level knowledge of WebSphere Application Server (WAS), WebSphere Process Server (WPS) and WebSphere Business Monitor (WBM) Administration & Internals (5 years minimum)

·         Hands-on experience building, deploying and supporting WebSphere Process Server applications and WebSphere Business Monitor models

·         Strong understanding of WebSphere Services Registry and Repository (WSRR), ITCAM for Application Diagnostics and web based security models

·         Some Java/Webservices experience is a MUST

·         Strong understanding of BPM/WBM

·         Understanding of application architecture [Need not be architect]

·         Identify, solution and implement reuse opportunities

·         Continuous solution improvement

·         Coordinate infrastructure change testing

·         Coordinate BCP and failover testing

·         Participate in off hours support coverage rotation

·         Hands on experience with at least one database platform (DB2 preferred)

·         Ability to decompose documents to identify deployment requirements and configurations for complex integrations * Proven ability to facilitate task breakdown and scope discussions

·         Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines

·         Very strong oral and written communication skills; good listener

 

Skills: WPS, BPM, WBM, DB2, z/OS, z/Linux, WebSphere Services Registry and Repository (WSRR), ITCAM 8 Strong Java background also required Description: - Experience in developing long running business processes which requires manual interactions - Compensation handler, - Transaction roll-back, - remote SCA call, - async vs. sync web service calls. - web service development experience: WPS / BPM Consultant with experience in developing, deploying & administering WPS, BPM, WBM Application.
