POSITION : SAP HCM---LOCATION : ST. LOUIS, MO----DURATION : 6 MONTHS

 

Job description

 

7  years of Experience  in HCM with minimum 2  PMS ( Performance management system) Implementation in EHP 5 and above

 

·         Excellent Communication & Presentation skills

·         Ability to work & develop business relationship with different levels of User Communities

·         Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SAP functionalities

·         Should be able to design / develop / deliver PMS Solution in compliance with the SAP Best Practices and Expert in

·         Configuring appraisal template

·         Experience in designing flexi template

·         ESS & MSS Business Packages & Deployment of Business Packages

·         Enterprise Portal

·         Integration PMS with ECM and LSO

·         Good understanding of Workflow

·         Ability to customize the UIs in PMS

·         System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Business Blueprint

·         Preparation & Execution of Test Plans & Test scripts (Unit / Scenario / Integration& Regression test cycles)

·         Should be able to provide Functional design specifications for custom developments in the solution

·         Train the user communities (End users / BPOs / Super Users)

·         Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and to adapt quickly to new tasks and environments

 

POSITION : SAP HCM REQUIREMENT------LOCATION: BELLEVUE, WA-------DURATION: 7+ MONTHS

 

·         6-8 years of experience in designing Workforce Management Solutions for organizations with presence across all states in USA

·         Core expertise in Design & Configuration expertise in Kronos Workforce Management Solution

·         Expertise in integrating Kronos with SAP HCM Solution

·         Experience in SAP Time Management configuration is a plus

·         Should have experience in requirement gathering, conducting customer workshop, business process mapping and gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing and end-use training.

·         Excellent skills in oral & written communication, presentation and consulting.

 

POSITION : MECHANICAL ENGG-----DURATION: 6 MONTHS CONTRACT EXTENDABLE--------LOCATION: SAN ANTONIO, TX

 

Requirements:

 

·         Mechanical engineer Candidate must have at least 4-5 years' work experiences with good aero structure knowledge.

·         Should have experience to work on aircraft cabin installation.

·         They will be using solid works as tools.

·         Good English speaking.

 

POSITION : UI WEB DEVELOPER------LOCATION: SUNNYVALE, CA-----DURATION: 6 MONTHS CONTRACT EXTENDABLE
