Server Administrator

Location: Chester, VA

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:

Experience with Content Management Systems and related functionality including products like Ektron and SiteCore. A thorough understanding of enterprise technologies including web technologies, programming languages, OLTP/OLAP technologies, SOA technologies, database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server and other SQL database platforms), multi-tiered systems, multi-user and multi-tasking operating systems, and knowledge management systems is required. Experience with the following tools/languages/technologies (as it relates to server administration): HTML/DHTML, Visual Basic, VBScript, XML, .NET, Java, PL/SQL, ASP.Net, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, and related Web technologies. Knowledge of and experience in security infrastructures as it relates to integration of systems, data encryption techniques, authentication and authorization. Knowledge and experience in web services and related standards (WS-*) is required. Excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to develop and present complex material effectively to a variety of audiences are required.
