Qualifications:
We prefer candidates who can come for in-person interview
Must have:
- Must have 5 years Healthcare Payer experience.
- Must have 5 years QAT Solution Architecture experience.
- Must have 3 years experience with Healthcare Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Scenarios.
- Must have Healthcare Application knowledge in one of the following: Facets, Power MHS, Claims, Benefits.
- 5 years Business Analysis Requirements Gathering - Healthcare Domain
Other Requirements Include:
- 3 years of pre/post sales support
- 3 years Performing Test Assesments
- 3 years Healthcare Test Planning/Strategy/Scenarios
- 3 years ICD10 Testing Solutions a plus
- Consultative Sales Approach
Provide thought leadership in developing testing strategies / approaches to support both onshore and offshore testing that includes the following areas:
- Ability to evaluate and recommend solutions to
support test automation frameworks, manual and performance testing in multiple customer environments
- Team / resource requirements for onshore / offshore / hybrid models
- Infrastructure validation and testing processes and supporting infrastructure/architecture requirements
- Ability to develop and present various Test strategies that support various SDLC approaches (i.e., Agile, Iterative, V-Model and Waterfall).
- Ability to develop proposals and associated cost models
- Prepare and present presentations of analysis results and recommendations to client participants and management
- Ability to interview customers
- Assist in the project management and delivery of Test Strategy and / or on-going Test Projects
- Coordinate development of results with deliverables development activities of other team members
- Develop and / or assist in the creation of new service offerings
