Siebel CRM	·        In-depth knowledge of Siebel CRM functional Modules i.e. Finance, Sales, Pricing, Service, Order Management, Marketing, Contact centre etc…. ·        At least 5 full life cycle implementations in Siebel CRM across multiple verticals ·        In-depth knowledge of vanilla Siebel capabilities that can address business requirements ·        Gather, assess, and translate business requirements to functional requirements ·        Developing solutions that provide a simplified user experience in Siebel ·        Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes ·        Creating UI design documents ·        Serve as a functional team liaison between the business community and the development team ·        Creating functional requirements as an input to application design ·        Creating Gap/Fit analysis documents ·        Experience with the full project lifecycle - gathering requirements, documenting processes and flows, documenting designs, testing, and assist with implementation	Required	7/10
Professional skills	·        Excellent written and verbal skills, organizational and interpersonal skills, and planning skills ·        Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment ·        Proven ability to work with different business groups in order to define functional solutions ·        Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment	Required	7/10
