| Technical/Functional Skills | : | · 7+ years of Salesforce.com architectural and development work · 7+ years custom development background in Apex, VisualForce, SQL, AJAX, .NET, Java · Extensive experience with implementing SalesForce Service/Sales Clouds · Strong Oracle background · Experience implementing SOAP / REST based integrations between Salesforce and custom written apps · 7+ Years of project management experience, preferably PMP certified. · Liferay portal experience a plus |
| Roles & Responsibilities | : | · This role will be responsible for leading the technical migration of custom written applications currently in production at USMI into the Salesforce.com product. Person will be responsible for coordinating technical design with our salesforce.com architect, building technical project plan, be hands-on in the implementation, and work closely with other team members and business users to ensure a successful migration. This position would be required to direct technical resources and have flexible hours to work and collaborate with globally distributed teams. The individual should be strong enough to lead technical and project based meetings and be comfortable providing demonstrations and leading training sessions.
