US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Need::Salesforce Business Analyst for San Antonio, TX !! Face-To-Face Required !!

Position               :               Salesforce BA

Location               :               San Antonio, TX

Duration              :               6+ months

Requirements :

 

Duties:

 

• Looking to bring in one or two CRM BAs to assist with various SalesForce efforts
• SFDC is already in place for Outdoor, but is now being implemented for Radio/Media & Entertainment. You are also revamping a template for the National Sales Team
• BA will be meeting with business owners, writing requirements, writing user stories & functional specs, and getting into the "nitty gritty" business analysis
• Main focus will be on accounts, security hierarchies, brand domains, opportunities.
• BA needs to have technical expertise, be highly collaborative, be able to lead and bring everybody together, & have strong communication skills
• Resource must be able to pull information they need out of the business and then transmit that info appropriately to IT
• BA will be working closely with lead BA on CRM client in San Antonio
