Need ETL developer/Data Analyst with strong SQL/SSIS

 

Requirements:

 

·         4+ years' experience ETL programming

·         2+ years designing, developing, and testing SSIS packages in a SQL Server environment is a MUST

·         Experience with SQL Server

·         Familiarity with ER Studio

·         Strong SQL skills

·         Demonstrated an ability to do data conversion analysis and business object analysis

·         Demonstrated ability to interact with cross functional workgroups

·         Ability to adapt and flourish in a fast-paced business environment

·         Excellent written and oral communication skills

·         Ability to handle projects with minimal supervision as well as work in a team environment

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Discover, analyze,  and understand the business requirements for data transformation from source to target data entities

·         Assist application developers and various workgroups with data transformation rules

·         Develop data flow diagrams and Source-Target mappings

·         Maintain, construct and/or configure applications for data interfaces and conversion

·         Act as liaison with enterprise data architects and project teams with regard to source and target data transformation analysis

·         Customize, configure and utilize ETL tools as needed

·         Validate and maintain applications according to functionality and performance requirements

·         Provide input to product development on ETL requirements for enhancements or changes

·         Establish baselines, evaluate ongoing performance and escalate issues

·         Assist with the integration and management of data source changes in ER studio

·         Managing ETL scripts and physical table creation for various workgroups

·         Envision system features and functionality working in conjunction with Product Management designs and develop ETL processes by setting expectations and feature(s) priorities throughout the development life cycle

·         Contribute to team meetings

·         Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
