Role: SAP CRM Analyst

Duration: 9 months

Location: Dallas, TX

5 days required onsite

 

**RESOURCES** Role Description: Part of a global support team providing app support for CRM processes by responding to problem tickets and service requests made by users. Perform app design activities and documenting functional specs. Implement config changes and system enhancements via change mgt process. Analyze and resolve issues related to support or project dev. Collaborate with and provide coaching to the team / consultation to programmers regarding program development and corrections. Develop test cases and test scripts to confirm system build meets business requirements. Perform initial testing of problem corrections and enhancements. Capable of using SAP Support Portal as a source of correction for reported problems Require work hours flexibility and able to take conference call during off-office hours.
