Position: .Net Lead

Location: Lakeland, FL

Duration: 6+ months

Required Skills:

·         Must have experience designing and building applications using object-oriented analysis and design techniques.

·         Experience with Team Foundation Server/Harvest

·         Must have 6 years experience in analysis, design, and coding with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.

·         Minimum of 4 years experience with each of the following:

·         VB.NET (Visual Studio 2008 and up)

·         ASP.NET (Visual Studio 2008 and up)

·         MS SQL Server 2008

·         .Net Framework 3.5 or 4.0

·         SML/HTML/DHTML/CSS/JavaScript

·         SSRS

·         Crystal reports

·         Must be able to work with security and architect teams to discuss solutions

·         Must be able to mentor/guide junior team members on .NET coding skills

·         Must be flexible and able to handle all situations in a professional manner

·         Must possess a high degree of self-motivation, commitment and integrity

·         Must have an excellent attendance and punctuality record

·         Must have excellent teamwork and communication skills

·         Special Qualifications: (nice to have, but not required)

·         Experienced in implementing design patterns/service oriented architecture/SML Web Services

·         Telerik

·         AJAX
