Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL.
Duration: 10+ Months.

Required Skills:
Experience in Content Repository Management Systems (Alfresco is highly preferred)
Experience working as a part of an Agile development team
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Systems including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal, written, facilitation, mediation, collaboration and presentation, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
Ability to work and produce results in a team-based environment, as well as independently and with little or no supervision
Experience in testing large scale, multi-product system implementations
Experience tracking and resolving issues encountered in testing
Software test experience in developing test strategies, test cases and creating scripts
Recent experience working with HP ALM/Quality Center for test management
Experience working SOAP UI testing tool 

Preferred Qualifications
Property & Casualty insurance experience highly preferred
Experience in Alfresco Content Management System highly preferred
Experience with Guidewire applications and data structures
Experience in Lean development methodologies
Experience developing web applications for the insurance industry
