Job Description:

Senior .Net Developer

•Strong background in object oriented design and development. Familiarity with some of the design patterns

•Experience with distributed computing environment and multiple system components

•Participate in all phases of the life cycle of software application development with an emphasis on development, quality, code reviews and implementation

•Proven experience developing .net web applications using .net  frameworks 2.0/3.5/4.0 using ASP.NET, C#, WCF, WPF, SQL Server 2008/2012

•Develop cross-browser web applications utilizing Web 2.0 technologies, jQuery, AJAX.

•Experience in Test Driven Development using NUnit/MSTest and Team Foundation Server

•Experience building secure web applications – user authentication, role based access control, DB/File encryption

•Experience writing complex stored procedures; analyze queries, optimization and performance tuning.

•Sharepoint development experience in a corporate wide SharePoint user base.

•Versatility to handle features such as workflow, document collaboration, project workspaces.

•Develop web parts, workflows, InfoPath forms, and page layout in Sharepoint.

•Migrate documents, metadata and sites to Sharepoint 2013 from from previous version of SharePoint as well as legacy document management systems.

•Experience providing out of the box features of SharePoint 2010, Understanding of Sharepoint 2013 and customizing SharePoint features

 

Preferred:

•Experienced in automated deployment tools such as MSBuild and Continuous Integration.

•SQL Server Integration Service and reporting service

•Experience with Agile software development methodologies

•Commercial product development experience

•Windows Forms/Client Server application development

•Experience working with VMWare vSphere or similar virtual platform

•Experience developing multi-threaded applications, 

•MSMQ/Asynchronous communications
