B.A. Job Description:
The Encore business analyst (BA) will be responsible for 1) Definition of detailed requirements (user interaction and performance/scale/technical, 2) creation and peer-review of use cases and use case diagrams 3) application of use case and functional requirements to test case development, test execution and defect mitigation and 4) development of support FAQ/M&P inputs working breadth of the SDLC governing delivery of web UI and associated access services. Contractor will interact with Encore Marketing and UI design SMEs to transform designs into actionable functional and technical requirements per project work plan. BA will decompose and group requested functionality into requirement sets for iterative development in an Agile environment. BA must be experienced with Rational tool suite and Mercury Quality Center. Must also possess technical writing experience and verbal communication skills.
