documentation and working behind our other analysts. they also need these skill sets:
has good communication skills and can work with java developers, other
analysts, and clients.
can write systems tech documents.
can write testcases and test management plan documents.
has strong SQL skills and wouldn't mind helping out as testers down the
road.
