Role: Salesforce Developer
Location: El Segundo, CA
Rate: Flexible depending on experience level
What are we looking for?
Technical Architect/SFDC Sr Developer
What will you do?
• Apply Agile implementation methodology in the ongoing projects at the client site and review and suggest improvements on the existing implementation from both functional and technical aspects
• Must possess strong understanding of component development and troubleshoot complex technical tasks independently primarily working in Agile development
• Must be well versed in Salesforce Fit gap analysis, creation of SFDC design and entity models
• Must possess good understanding of solution implementation on Force.com
• Working knowledge of Apex and SFDC sharing and security concepts and apply the same to the context of the project
• Experienced SFDC Release Management/deployment activities
• Strong functional knowledge of Sales/Service and Custom cloud
• Knowledge of testing tools and techniques to write scripts and set up test environment for development and Integration environments
• Strong customer facing and communication skills
What do we require?
• Certified Sales/Service cloud consultant
• Strong hands-on Apex programming capability
• Strong Visual Force hands on capability
• Well versed in Salesforce Apex programming
• Hands-on with resolution of Governor limit solutions in Salesforce
• Experienced in handling data migration and code deployment using data loader and Eclipse respectively in SFDC environments
• Strong customer facing and communication skills
• Working Experience in agile development projects
• Good written and Verbal Communication skills
