Our Client Seeking Senior Java Back end Engineers for 6-12 months in Palo Alto, CA. Must be hands-on and excellent in Java technically. Candidates must have strong data and performance experience. Must have experience in environments where data service layer is provided the same team. Ability to tune a query, explain the query plan, the index, etc.

Will develop customer facing applications for cloud based back end infrastructure.

 

MUST HAVE

Over 8 years of Java/J2EE Back end expertise

Strong Database design and development experience.

Solid multi-threaded and highly scalable server-side development.

Solid object/data caching frameworks.

 

DESIRED:

Web Services and RESTful Services is a plus

Writing and optimizing sql code / NOSQL a plus
