Job Skills             

Location WASHINGTON, District of Columbia

Duration 6 months

 

Assist with remediation to existing products during the renewal process each month;

Assist with auditing existing products and changes made;

Running queries of the product databases as directed by Client;

Responding to Benefit File inquiries from Service, Sales and other internal customers and resolving discrepancies when discovered;

Create weekly status reports to deliver to the Client CD OTS manager;

Participate in weekly project status meetings;

Clean-up of supplemental tables, SRCT, SPCT, TPCT and SEDF

Assist with product build documentation - update manuals

 

Requirements:

BA/BS in computer science preferred.

3-6 years of direct development experience on the TriZetto Facets system on an Oracle platform.

Must have expert-level Facets 4.71 data model, especially an understanding of the interaction between Facets claims tables.

Must have expert-level SQL experience on an ORACLE database, TOAD, high-level Facets Claims adjudication or Product Configuration knowledge

Ability to turn high level claims-scenario requirements in to flat files of claims data with minimal instruction or intervention a plus.

Must have five to ten years of experience with product configuration within the Facets application, five of it recent.

Recent experience in a Blues Plan preferred.

Must be able to communicate well with and inspire confidence in Director-level management is required

Resource must be onsite for one week of ramp up and training; remaining work can be done remotely.
