US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Requirement for Application Packager Canton, MA Phone then F2F

Position               : Application Packager

Location               : Canton, MA

Duration              : 6 + month contract

 

·         This role will support our windows 7 deployment from windows XP in variety of projects ranging from strategic planning to technical design and implementation.

·         This person will be involved with desktop, virtualization and remote access strategy, patching, desktop planning, design and implementation.

·         The ability to create and maintain stand alone and unattended Windows 7 images, assist in creating and applying AD GPO's to secure and manage workstations, and perform remote deployment of images across a LAN/WAN infrastructure.

·         Must possess a strong knowledge of various tools used for a remote, enterprise deployment of the Windows 7 Operating System (OS) with Office 2010 using SCCM.

·         Handle day-to-day point of contact for troubleshooting, testing, and implementing various tools used as part of the deployment, and identifying technical solutions to ensure the project is not delayed.

·         He/she must have good interpersonal skills and communicate effectively both oral and written.

·         The selected candidate will aid in identifying and completing assigned project tasks and provide routine status updates to meet project milestones in a timely manner and must be able to work in a collaborative team environment with various stakeholders including end-users.
