Job Description:

Client currently seeks a QA Analyst to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications:

As a member of the Development Quality Team, you will work with business and systems teams to define, design, document and execute functional and regression tests to ensure new applications and enhancements to existing applications meet functional requirements.

Must have lead experience

1) College degree: B.S. in a computer-related field is preferred
Skills and Knowledge:
2) Experience in QTP 11 - min 2yrs
3) Experience in HP Performance Center administration 11 - min 1 yr
4) Knowledge in Caliber RM - min 0.5 yrs
5) KNowledge in web services testing, HP Service Testing - min 1 yr
6) Win 2003, 2008 administration - min 3 yrs
7) Quality Center exp - 4 yrs
8) Exp in building test automation strategies and capacity planning for performance testing tool supported hardware - min 5 yrs
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and priorities, and meet scheduled deadlines

- Team player with a talent for problem solving and troubleshooting

- High level of attention to detail

- Knowledge of SQL and experience with various vendor database products.Demonstrates good understanding of the test processes and defines test strategies / plans or approaches for projects
- 3+ years of experience

2. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Working in Agile Environment (Should already be there but just in case its not)
