Requirement Title GLOMARK_635   -  SAS Programmer/Analyst ,  McLean, VA .  Description Hi,   Please go through the below requirement and send me the updated resume of your consultants with contact details.   Role:      SAS Programmer/Analyst Work Location: McLean, VA Duration:6+ Months     Project Overview: (What is getting accomplished?) Team supports Statistical Model Implementations to all Bank and Card operations. Example: Overdraft Policies, Funds Availability, Savings/Checkin Accounts, etc. Heavy SAS shop for statistical modeling, data, programming, etc. This group develops the Models for all Bank related policies/procedures (done through SAS). BA's write requirements, Programmers develop for Statisticians. Code in SAS, Pull data from Teradata. Pulling data and code for Statisticians.   Responsibilities: Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of statistical models using SAS.  Partner with Business Analyst and Statistician to procure appropriate data for model build using Teradata.   - MUST have consumer banking experience, not just credit cards.  (i.e. one or multiple of the following: branch banking, retail banking, deposits, overdraft, funds availability, bank application data, lending products) - At least two years in depth SAS experience; SAS certification(s) preferred. - At least four years SQL experience; Teradata preferred. - Candidates that have worked directly with statisticians preferred.   Note: This is NOT a position where candidates will be using statistical procedures to build models.  Knowledge of statistics will, however, be helpful to understand the statistical models being implemented and their downstream impacts (What will they actually be doing on a daily basis?
