Sr. Business Analyst
Deerfield Beach, FL (Locals or nearby)
Duration: 18 Month +
This individual will be responsible for:
Proactively communicates and collaborates with external and internal customers to analyze needs and functional requirements. Possesses business and IT skills, integrates knowledge across functional areas, to facilitate problem solving and decision making. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans. Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Utilizes experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies. May mentor junior associates on specific business analyst skills.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
-Sr. Business Analyst experience (Change management, requirement gathering, etc)
-Great People Skills!
-Data Analysis experience a plus, but not required-
-Salesforce Implementation is a huge plus
