Position: Agile and Automation Test Lead

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration:6 Months

JD: 

1.                   Has Test Lead Experience

2.                   Is expert on Agile Methodologies and strategies around testing techniques

3.                   Should have expertise Scrum Model and Sprint execution

4.                   Should have involved in Sprint Planning and Estimations

5.                   Is experienced on Project Management practices like project planning, integrated project control, risk management and quality management.

6.                   Has experience in using industry-standard test management tools ( HP Quality Center preferred)     

7.                   Has experience on defining testing scope, test effort estimation, test plan approach, risks, and assumptions and other documentation skills

8.                   Experience on different software development methodologies     

9.                   Adheres to Project Budget & Timelines

10.               Excellent problem solving, debugging skills and Analytical skills

11.               Report and communicate test status and metrics to project stakeholders.     

12.               Self starter and work independently.

13.               Experience in managing multi-location teams     

14.               Has good Negotiation and Leadership skills (e.g. provide direction, pushback if necessary, speak up as needed)
