·         6 to 8 years of development experience

·         Strong development skills in Salesforce.com.

·         Strong DB skills

·         Proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Visual force, Security, Workflows, Force.com IDE and Web Services integration.

·         Nice to have – knowledge of IBM Cast Iron Cloud Integration

·         Very strong communication skills – Needs to work directly with the business team to understand requirements
