Job Description

 

Senior SAP BW/BI Developer

 

Location: Houston, TX

Experience: 8 Years(minimum)

Duration: 6+ Months

Skills: SAP BI/BW

• 7 years of SAPBW/BI experience including 2 years of SAP BW 7.0 and above experience
• 5 full life cycle SAP BW/BI implementation.
• Experienced in BW FICO extractors, InfoProviders and reports.
• Strong data modeling and development skills building complex Data Sources , Transformation, Update Rules, Process Chains, InfoCubes, DSO and MultiProviders .
• Strong knowledge in COPA and Logistics Extraction, Delta's and Initialization,  Standard BI Content.
• Strong development skills building BEx Reports, Workbooks, Variables, Calculated / Restricted Key figures, Structures.
• Experienced in developing APD and using BEx queries to load data into DSO's and use ABAP in APD Routines.
• Experienced in ABAP development including User Exits, Start/End/Expert Routines, Variable Exits, APD. Performance tuning in data loads times, internal table concepts, Call Function modules/Methods.
• Strong experience in Query Optimization, Data Load time improvements and Debugging.
• Work closely with Business to gather BI/Reporting requirements and provide accurate estimate.
• Team player with effective communication (oral and written) skills.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience with BWA and BI 7.0 Analysis Authorization Security Role.
• Knowledge in ECC modules such as FI, COPA, PCA, SD, MM, HR, etc.

Optional Skills / Experience

• Experienced in BusinessObjects 4.0 Dashboard, WebI, Crystal Reports and Data Services.

Experienced in SAP BPC (NetWeaver) 10.0.
