5+ years IT experience, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or knowledge of and proficiency in project management methodologies. Experience in testing, SDLC, operations within IT and Business preferred.
End to end release management
Flexibility with releases and improved accuracy of resource planning and timeline estimations Define a single intake process for all work requests Align requests to organizational goals/strategic roadmaps Establish a method to prioritize work requests & alignment with WLP's funding allocation process Enable a mechanism to support Customers' requests as they are identified Ensure a consistent and timely process to evaluate each request Support Technology's & Product's ability to match resource demand requests with resource capacity Define requirements earlier in process & in parallel with systems analysis to improve accuracy of LOEs
