Lead Java Developer

This position needs a strong Java /J2EE programmer who can model business processes and build reusable workflow solutions by declaratively defining and programmatically enhancing workflow definitions. These workflow solutions will need to be deployed on a Weblogic / Oracle stack. Candidates will need to demonstrate prior experience in this area and be able to articulate the business problem, the technical solution and constraints.

 

·         8+ years of software development experience working in Java / JEE ( with focus on JMS ) on a Weblogic / Oracle stack

·         Experience developing and deploying Spring based enterprise solutions on Weblogic / Oracle stack.

·         Experience working with embeddable workflow management engines

·         Experience working in an Agile development environment.

·         Experience in financial services is a strong positive.

 

 

 

Sr. Java Developer

·         Participate on cross functional teams for specific Product Development efforts.

·         Own specific subsystems of the CTM product by absorbing key functional / technical knowledge of processes and designs.

·         Quickly turn around solutions in areas of expertise.

·         10+ years overall software engineering experience

·         7+ years Java / J2EE experience

·         5+ years MQ experience

·         Knowledge of XML and XML-related technologies

·         Swing experience a plus

·         Familiarity with the BEA suite (WebLogic Server in particular) a plus

·         Knowledge of financial industry messaging systems (FIX, SWIFT) a definite plus
