• Highly motivated individuals who enjoy speaking over the phone and helping consultants in finding their right career would be a right fit for this role
• Ability to respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
• Ability to get OPT contacts through referrals, cold-calling, Social networking sites etc.
• Proven ability in hiring fresh graduates (OPT's) is a must.
