Job Title : Project Manager
location : Clearwater, FL
Duration : 3+ months contract
Rate: $40/hr on C2C

Role: Responsible for managing software development projects using an Agile methodology. Work directly with developers, quality assurance analysts, technical writers and product owners to define business requirements. Create a project plan and manage the execution of the project, identifying and overcoming impediments and looking for opportunities for continuous improvement. Responsible for supporting and following the SCRUM processes required for managing the Software Development Life Cycle.
Required:
10+ years experience in software engineering using full life-cycle development methodology as well as Agile based development methods
Proven project management and leadership capabilities
Strong verbal communications skills and demonstrated ability to write clearly and persuasively
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and thorough understanding of strategic development
Strong knowledge of relational databases; experience with Progress OpenEdge and SQL Server a plus
Experience with quality methods such as white, black, and grey box testing
Experience implementing and successfully using automated testing tools
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
