POSITION : ETL ARCHITECT----DURATION 6-8 MONTHS---LOCATION : DELAWARE
USC AND GC'S—(H1B can be accepted along with H1b copy with Two references from Recent project).
Job Responsibilities areas are –
· Analysis, review of BI/DW and ETL architecture of client and suggest recommendations on the same
· Prepare the scenarios to generalize data integration processes
· Prepare Future State High Level Architecture
· Identify, Understand & Prioritize all the integration and "Middleware" requirements and challenges
· Decide parameters and prepare comparison charts for Vendors /products selection
· Participate in client vendor selection of system Integration Tools and Systems as a trusted partner to the client
· Knowledge and experience of multiple integration & ETL tools is must (Informatica, MS SSIS, ODI etc)
· Architecting experience of 7-8 years and must have at least two assignments experience
· Experience of using various protocols and connectors like SFTP, FTP, OFTP, HTTP, ODBC, JDBC and adaptors
· Experience of B2B, A2A, E-Commerce & EDI will be preferred
Soft skills
· Should be Exceptionally good in communication & presentation skills
· Should be comfortable to engage with client senior management teams
POSIITON : MS BI ARCHITECT-----LOCATION IS DELAWARE----DURATION 9 MONTHS (EXTENDABLE)
USC AND GC'S—(H1B can be accepted along with H1b copy with Two references from Recent project).
· 5+ years experience in MS BI technology (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS) architecting solutions for clients
· Overall 10+ year's experience in the BI/DW space and should be able to manage the client and the project independently
· Financial Datawarehouse domain expertise is preferably
· Experience and understanding of integrations between ERP from a financial module perspective to MSBI
· Understanding of Sharepoint and integration of MSBI with Sharepoint for front end would be required
· Should have worked in an offshore onsite model – preferable
POSITON : DATA MODELER POSITION---LOCATION : GLENDALE, AZ---DURATION: 6MONTHS

The successful candidate possesses the following qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years experience in defining and implementing data warehouse architecture frameworks and models to support abstraction
• Strong understanding of insurance business functions
• Strong dimensional and relational data modeling skills
• Solid understanding of tools and techniques for metadata management, data profiling and cleansing, and data movement.
• 5+ years of working at an enterprise-level with data modeling tools such as Erwin
• Ability to understand the data contained in the databases he or she works on, how it is used, how changes in one element impact others, and important implications to the business.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse frameworks such as Kimball's or Inmon's
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine departmental information needs and to build the environment to facilitate the development of DW systems to meet those needs
• Strong business writing/presentation development skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to provide constructive feedback to management
• Ability to clearly present written and verbal information to executive management
Preferred:
• Proficient in the use of model-based development using ERD, UML and other modeling techniques
• Vendor experience with leading edge products from IBM, Oracle, Microsoft and other enterprise-class suppliers
• Sound knowledge of commercial software packages, tools and the ability to utilize many when architecting solutions
