| Job Description
| : | You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the TestNG based test framework used at client for unit and integration testing. You will be expected to define and evangelize the testing standards and best practices used at client. You will contribute to refining the validation processes used throughout the software development life cycle, and help define the service level validation strategy required to achieve our goal of continuous delivery.
Skills: - 5 years of Java application development - 3 years of experience testing Java web applications and services utilizing Junit or TestNG - Experience with testing Service Oriented Architectures and REST based web services - Experience with object-oriented programming, OO design and test patterns - Experience with databases such as MySQL and Oracle - Experience with writing SQL queries - Experience with build frameworks such as Ant, Gradle and Ivy - Experience with the Spring framework - Experience with mocking frameworks - Experience with Python, or another scripting language such as Ruby or Perl
You should have a solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design. You thrive in a fast paced, test-driven, collaborative and iterative programming environment. You must have excellent communication skills.
Lastly, you have a BS or MS. in Computer Science or related discipline. |
