Job Description:
Business Analyst for tasks related to the development and implementation of a new Client Worker Payroll System that bulkloads transactions to SFS.
Daily Tasks include but not limited to the following:
1. Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate the requirements for complex changes to current business processes, policies and information systems and for the development of new business processes, policies and information systems.
2. Work as an agile team member and with various OMH Business Owners to create user stories, test plans, and scripts. .
3. Interact with agile team members to ensure requirements are thoroughly and accurately documented and to design and document recommendations for improved business processes that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
4. Provide second level application support for users.
5. Train users to use new applications both on-site and via gotomeeting software.
Candidates should have at least 60 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:
Experience in developing system requirements, workflow, and business requirements documentation
Experience in implementing system requirements, workflow, and business requirements for an enterprise financial management system
Experience creating and delivering presentations for Senior Level Management
Experience developing and implementing test plans and scripts.
Experience using Microsoft Team Foundation Server on an Agile Project
Experience using GotoMeeting to communicate with remote users.
