Required skills:

1. 5-7 years Experience in full life cycle J2EE solution implementation from conceptualization, requirements, design and specification through development (coding), QA/debugging, integration testing, deployment and follow-up support

2. 3-5 years experience with Spring Webflow / Hibernate / JSP front-end/oracle interface on back-end

3. Experience in implementing and integrating CRM systems (no specific) they are using SAS, Oracle and SAP ATG based applications including the use of Commerce, Personalization and Scenario Servers is a plus, but not required based on strong retail J2EE development experience; channel and multi-brand retail experience is a plus
