Please let me know if you have anybody for this requirement Position : Business Analyst with QA Location: Coconut Creek, FL Duration: 6+ Skills Needed •A – Exceptional Technical Writing Skills plus Excellent Verbal Communication Skills and Customer Facing communications. •A – Modeling, diagramming, OO modeling, UML Knowledge and Experience Needed •A – 7+ years performing requirements modeling using activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state diagrams, data models, wireframes and prototypes. •A – 7+ Years knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML). •A – Highly proficient in Use Case Modeling. •A – Knowledge of SQL and one or more relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server •B – Experience using IBM DOORs and DocExpress. •B – Experience using Quality Center, Smart Bear tools (QA Complete, Test Complete, and Load Complete). •B – Experience in software requirements gathering in a financial institution and knowledge of GAAP. •B – High-volume transactional processing. •C – Proven ability to work independently as part of a dispersed team •C – Experience using reporting tools such as Cognos and Crystal. Responsibilities The Senior level Business Analyst responsibilities include: •Gather and define business requirements. •Analyze and map processes (current state/future state). •Produce high quality documentation that includes but not limited to: Vision Documents, Functional and Non-functional Requirements Documents, Use Cases, and Test Cases. •Communicate with various business units to gather requirements and resolve issues. •Communicate with other project teams to identify interdependencies and resolve issues. •Provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project objectives. •Create test case documentation and document defects using HP Quality Center, Smart Bear tools (QA Complete, Test Complete and Load Complete). •Analyze data and in some cases application code. •Report status and issues to the Project/Reporting Manager(s).
