Title: Facilitator
Duration: 3 months Contract
Location: Ft Worth, TX
Job Responsibilities:
Looking for candidates that are going to come in and hit the ground running.
Looking for candidates who will be comfortable working with all stakeholders of the business; Great communications skills are a must
***This is NOT a Project Manager. This is a FACILITATOR.
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for facilitating software requirements elicitation sessions for a web-based product that will involve multiple business segments.
Minimum experience:
• Elicitation and analysis of customer needs, translating them into functional requirements.
• Strong meeting facilitation experience
o Facilitating requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders from multiple departments and business segments (such as JAD sessions).
o Ability to keep meetings on-task and ensure the team achieves goals
o Excellent communication skills, including listening skills, ability to paraphrase, balance participation, encourage creativity, and keep the group engaged
• Strong negotiating skills
• Web and/or mobile project experience
• Experienced with drafting requirements at all levels in a project (use-cases, functional, and non-functional requirements).
• Solid analysis and problem solving skills
Desired experience:
• Experience with desktop to web/mobile migration projects.
• Experience working with stakeholders in diverse geographic locations, and across business segments
• Familiarity with accessibility and other standards such as section 508
• Experience with the public accounting industry a plus
• Certification from a professional organization such as the International Association of Facilitators a plus
