The consultant should be pretty strong in SSIS/SSRS and SQL 2008 experience.

• Expertise with MS SQL development (Schema, Procedures, Functions, Views, Triggers, Indexes etc.) 
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS (Data Loading and ETL) 
• Experience in the financial and banking industry 
• Experience in analyzing data and interpreting findings 
• 4+ years of experience in ASP.NET, C# development 
• Object oriented programming and design patterns fundamentals 
• Experience with JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX
