Skills Required and Job Description:
1. CLIENT SAP SYSTEM - The Client SAP System is composed of both SAP Financials and SAP Human Capital Management applications, currently operating under Enterprise Core Component (ECC) 6.0.
- The Financials modules include General Ledger, Funds Management, Grants Management, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Work Orders, Purchasing, Project Systems, and Asset Management.
- The HCM modules include OM, PA, Benefits, Time, Payroll, LSO and ESS, with MSS and EH&S in the very near future.
- The SAP System also includes BW, PI, and Portal.
2. SCOPE OF WORK - SAP Support Center with SAP consulting services to enhance the client’s abilities to address user/systems issues in the area of SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.0 Dashboards.
- PROVIDER will augment the OWNER’s responsibilities as listed below and follow appropriate procedures and protocols in the addressing of design issues quickly based on OWNER established protocols and procedures, agreed upon time frames for completion, and agreed upon design.
Skills and Ability:- - Must have a proven functional and technical background, with at least 8 years experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and five years of experience implementing the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (BI);
- 3 SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius/Dashboards full lifecycle implementations;
- 5 to 7 years experience of SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius/Dashboards development with SAP BW BEx queries as a data source;
- Advanced Knowledge of SAP BI Suite;
- Knowledge of SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) Financials (FI) ;
- Knowledge of ECC Human Capital Management (HCM) ;
- Sound Knowledge of SAP Business Explorer (BEx);
- Sound knowledge of SAP Information Design Tool (IDT);
- Sound knowledge of BI Central Management Console (CMC);
Professional services work to include:- - Train Clark County Performance Measurement Liaison on loading KPI’s into SAP Enterprise Core Component (ECC) Controlling module (CO) using transaction code KB31N
- Training will include both the manual entry of KPI’s and the batch uploading of KPI’s via Microsoft Excel
- Configure the 0CO_OM_CCA_4 DataSource to extract said KPI’s from ECC
- Develop the Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) of the SAP Business Warehouse (BW) 0CCA_C03 InfoCube
- Gather each County Department’s KPI Dashboard requirements
- Develop County Department SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.0 Dashboards based upon gathered requirements
- Publish County Department SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.0 Dashboards to the Clark County SAP BusinessObjects Platform
