My client is looking for a Hadoop Developer / Architect to join their team on a contractual basis. My firm TalentBurst, Inc. is headquartered in Massachusetts and provides nationwide staffing support to our client.

Title: Hadoop Developer / Architect
Location:Austin, TX
Duration: 6 Months Contract Role

 
 
 

Must have skills	•Looking for a Senior Candidate •MUST have experience working with Hadoop (2 to 3 years) – will not be considered for role without Hadoop •10 -15 years' experience working with Data Warehouses •Worked with large Data Bases •Must have good communication skills •Must have experience interfacing with clients or internal teams
Nice to have skills	SAS would plus
Roles and responsibilities	Reviewing conceptual approaches, project implementation, some project management, design and architecture input, communicating with internal teams and customers. See job description
Preference on industry background or previous companies worked for?	Financial services, Banking or Card Processing would be ideal but not required
