Role Description:
Must posess strong skills in object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation (using UML), with active involvement in all phases of project life cycle. Quickly understands functional and technical aspects and offer excellent communication skills. Experience with developing web enabled State health emergency preparedness and response applications a strong plus. Must be a team player. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential.
Must provide writing samples such as Email paragraphs to something more formal.
