Title: Java / UI Developer - Menlo Park, CA

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Duration: 6 months

 

Required Skills:

 

* 8+ yrs of strong JAVA UI Development experience

* Good JS/CSS/HTML/back end Java/DB skills

* Strong algorithmic skills

* Even if they are not perfect in one area, he/she demonstrates ability to learn and rampup

* Has a hunger to learn and has demonstrated ability to work on different frameworks, technology stacks etc

* Displays high teamwork, accountability and ownership

* Is quality focused

* Has tackled at least 2-3 knurly design issues and displayed the ability to independently drive solutions

* Good communication skills

 

Title: Java / UI Developer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Duration: 6 months

 

Responsibilities:

* Design & develop interactive, very high data volume, state-of-art dashboards for very complex analytics product.

* Write code using various java script libraries to prepare data visualization for various complex graphs like forced directed graphs, heat maps, relationship graphs, heat maps etc.

 

Required  Skills:

* Very Strong UI development skills (HTML5, CSS, Java script, jQuery, Dojo) with 4-6 years of experience.

* 2-3 yrs of experience working with third party java script libs like D3, ZingChart, FusionChart, SigmaJS, Gephi, HeatMap.js etc.

* Experience writing HTML/5, Java script, jQuery, jQuery Template, CSS, Dojo consuming services that return JSON, SOAP formatted data.

* Very good 2-3 years of experience in MVC, Sturts, Servlet, JSP, XML. REST APIs, Web Services.

* Expert in cross-browser CSS layout design.

* Working knowledge of Hadoop will be definite PLUS.

* Experience building consistent architecture to extract & serve data to front end layer (built using HTML/Java script) using Dojo, jQuery.

 

Note: Strong Javascript (experience with as many Javascript libraries as possible) and back end JAVA development experience required for this position.
