Job Description:

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Project Manager with experience leading Financials implementations at a global bank based in Jersey City, NJ.

Candidate must have PeopleSoft Financials implementation experience, project management skills and banking background.

PMP certification and exposure to Asian Culture is a plus.

Ideal candidate will have the consulting skills to provide exceptional services to clients, and the leadership skills to bring together a professional team to assist in optimizing the client Oracle/PeopleSoft investment.

Required Skills:

-Solid understanding and work experience as a PeopleSoft Project Manager

-Minimum of five years current, hands-on PeopleSoft experience

-Ability to follow an implementation methodology and produce high quality work-products for the client.

-Ability to Communicate with Client Executive sponsors and Management regarding project status, risks, issues, customer satifaction, and financial perspectives.

-Strong Leadership qualities.

Desired Skills:

-Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, Accounts Executives, and Management

-Consistently produces clear, concise status reports, deliverables and other project documentation

-Builds confidence and trust with customers

-Displays effective analytical skills

Qualifications

-Minimum 5 years experience in PeopleSoft Project Manager .

-Minimum 5 years experience in Banking Sector.
