Business Analyst with testing experience

Rate is $47.50 per hour on c2c(MAX)

Job Description:
Provide a Microsoft window based interface to the legacy Child Support Management System (CSMS). It will also offer additional functions not available in CSMS.
Day to day tasks include but are not limited to the following:
Write Business Requirements Documents and Use Cases for a variety of application features including but not limited to use case diagrams, flow charts, truth tables, data element tables and swim lane diagrams and maintaining them in a software document repository.
Work closely with development and architecture staff to refine requirements and assist them in the creation of technical designs and specification documents. The candidate will be expected to provide insights that result in greater efficiency in a variety of child support system processes.
Lead joint application design sessions, present and participate in requirements solicitation meetings and interviews, requirement reviews, feature demonstrations and presentations of draft and production features to key users and local staff at conferences and meetings.
Work closely with testing staff to ensure tests of developed application modules conform to requirements, and will be called upon to participate in testing to accomplish scheduled implementations of new features.
Candidates should have experience, and at least one of the following should apply:
Experience writing, analyzing detailed business requirement documents and use cases for a systems development project in a complex and diverse Human Services (Federal, State or local government) delivery system.
Experience creating use case diagrams and activity diagrams using UML techniques and Microsoft Visio.
Experience designing and developing Graphical User Interface (GUI) for a large scale (at least 4,000 users) system development project.
Experience organizing Joint Application Development sessions, presenting system documents to developers and users.
Experience in testing software modules using HP Quality Center, HP Quick Test Pro and logging defects using Clear Quest and working with users for user acceptance testing.
A bachelor's degree from college.
Experience working independently and has demonstrated can provide direction and training to other members of the team.
